Welcome to the daily broadcast. I sit at work, on nightshift – contemplating how I ended up as such a finely fitting cog in this machine that grinds away layer by layer at my defeated sense of individuality & expression.
But this project, this broadcast – the daily collection of my thoughts shared with the world (or the 1 person to stumble across this website – it’s irrelevant) will be the catalyst for great changes in my life.
The daily broadcast at the moment is nothing more than a hastily thought out plan for accountability in my mind. An opportunity to escape the mundane norm of day-to-day life trapped in western society as nothing more than a worker bee with few hobbies (and hobbies of little substance let alone excitement).
This is my quest for education, my desire for improvement, my plans for greatness personified. Yes, I know – this is nothing more than a hopped up half-arsed blog, for you. For me – this is all I’ve ever wanted (minus the all the other things). The Daily Broadcast is a platform to create something. To leave a part of myself behind, and hopefully impress a piece of myself on to someone out there in the world. Even if it is dependent on my bank account having the $20 in it to maintain this project.
Little more than a journal in it’s current state, and perhaps just a blank canvas for a poor writer, who lacks the ability to stay on a single relevant topic or train of thought. I hope you enjoy the journey
