Routine

I decided to create 6 simple steps to outline my day and provide myself a routine, they are as follows.

1. PLAN
Create the days objectives.

2. EXECUTE
Work through the days objectives.

3. RESEARCH
Learn deeply on a given subject for 30-60 minutes.

4. MOVEMENT
Engage in some form of physical exercise and movement of the body.

5. BROADCAST
Share what I have accomplished (Welcome to TheDailyBroadcast).

6. JOURNAL
Write a written summary on the day and my thoughts.
